Communication was great and staff was helpful - plus, the car was very clean when we received it back. However, when we expressed concern about specks of missing paint and extra compound on the door in question, we were told we could not send photos and had to stop by in person (30 min drive). When we got there, they said our concerns could be addressed in 10-15 minutes, which does not seem long enough for the concerns we had. In the end, we were given the remaining paint and told we could touch up the rest ourselves. The last straw was the driver door locks, but no longer unlocks remotely since we received the car back. Staff said the work required removing the panel on driver door, but would not take responsibility for the lock. Staff member said they "would split the cost" with us because it was "not covered" by the other party's insurance company. We felt frustrated and disappointed by the entire experience.

They were good about keeping us updated on the status of the car, which is appreciated. I wanted to give them a chance to correct the issues we addressed, but we felt their response and proposed fixes fell short of expectations

Truly the best experience I've had with an auto body repair! When I got my car back they had cleaned the inside and washed the outside - as a Mom of 2 young kiddos I was so grateful I almost cried. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
