Auto Collision Experts was started in 2012 through the efforts of both David Baker and Larry Parker. We are a family owned and operated company, providing stellar customer service. Our business is focused around the creation of an environment of engaging and personal relationships, not only with the client, but with the insurance agencies and dealerships which we service. We strive on a daily basis to better our repair facilities through constant training and certification for all repair techs and the implementation of the strongest and most capable software and mechanical processes.

Did not properly post payments. Resulting in the insurance company sitting on final payment. Incorrectly identified money paid directly to them as money paid to myself and demand I pay them this money before releasing my car.
