Great communication! Excellent job in the repair work performed. The repairs blend in perfectly with the existing car. It is unnoticeable - as it should be. Logan kept us updated throughout the whole process. We’ve had a vehicle repaired before at this location previously and liked the professionalism from the whole staff and more importantly the repair job they did. We felt it was top notch. So when this unfortunate event happened we knew exactly where we were going for the repairs. As long as we live in the Palestine area and if we need any future repairs we will bring our vehicles to this location. I would and do highly recommend them.

The door at the passenger side where the accident occurred would not locked manually or automatically also i think you guys tampered with the air conditioner and the heater. It has not be working well since i picked the car back. Therefore I might bring the car back.
