The text updates were great. The staff calling was not so great. The call to notify parts were ordered or my car was in detail without knowing the completion date or changes to the date was frustrating. A better approach would be we have ordered parts for your car...at this time we are still on task to original completion date (unless information that would change date would be reported) Otherwise consider not calling customer when you have no information regarding completion date. That is truly what we want to hear. When will the car be ready or will the cost of repairs changes. Thank you. My car looks great

I had my 2022 Ram Cummins repaired here after an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The truck came back looking fantastic, and the quality of the work really exceeded my expectations. The paint match was spot on, panel alignment looked factory, and they kept me updated throughout the process. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right. My truck drives and looks like nothing ever happened. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repair work done on their vehicle.

The customer service at Killian’s Collision Center was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire repair process. They kept me informed with updates, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience much less stressful. It’s hard to find businesses that still treat customers with this level of care and respect. I really appreciated how easy they were to work with, and I’d absolutely trust them with my vehicle again.

My name is JoAnna Williams. I formally was an ambassador for GHBA in Houston before my retirement and moved back to East Texas. I couple weeks ago while on my way out of the dark a cow ran into the side of my car. I was devastated. We were to be leaving the following weekend to Colorado. I had no idea where to take my car to be fixed. So we chose this company. With all my years of working with businesses I can tell you that they were very professional and kind. They knew I needed my car and fast. I was so upset. However they calmed my fears and gave me hope that my car would be ready for our vacation. They under promised and over delivered. They had my car before the next weekend. I had no problems at all driving my beautiful new looking car all the way to Colorado and back. I would highly recommend Killions to everyone I know and don't know. They truly do an amazing job. There professionalism is outstanding.

When I dropped my car off the ac was not working and when I picked it up the condensor had been replaced but the ac was not working still. After leaving it again later that afternoon I was told the part had to be ordered and would not be in till Monday. I am still waiting to hear from y'all. It would not have been an issue but I had turned in the rental already and with the rain it has been really hot in the car.

When I dropped the car back off to get looked at they told me it would take an hour. I left it for an hour in a half before I called back to check the status that is when I was advised that the part had to be ordered and would be Monday. I was then asked if I was going to leave it or pick it back up. I told I would pick it up. It was 2:32 at that point and she said y'all closed at 3. Luckily I made it before 3 but I had got dropped off at work so had to wait for a ride. No one ever called me I had to call then could have been carless
