The only reason I don’t give it 10 is because the replacement muffler makes noise that my original never did. It isn’t horrible, just noticeable and not as smooth.

Jessica and the staff dealt with parts delivery problems and such. She did everything she could to get my car back to me as soon as possible. They could do better with returning calls. I’m just happy to be back in my car!

Jessica was wonderful and way more helpful than the insurance company in explaining how the process works. Jessica was responsive and kept my wife informed of the process. She and I assume other on her team stayed late so we could pick the vehicle late Friday night due to our needing it for Saturday morning that we could not delay. The work was perfect. It is my understanding the delay in getting the vehicle was due to the Company not being satisfied with how the work initially turned out and wanted it to be right even though it was pushing the initial delivery date/time provided. We were not upset about this and really appreciate the level of excellence desired by the Company even when it could cause a customer to not be happy. To reiterate, we were not upset at the delay and really appreciate that level of commitment to quality. We hated that we could not wait until the following Monday. Thank you
