They did a great job on there repairs. My only complaint would be that I asked too have a couple other repairs done above the insurance claim, and they didn't get done. I knew I would be responsible for that portion.

My Experience

During my repair experience I felt that communication and follow up were not a priority. Yes, once my car began repairs I would get a text message saying the the work has been started and they gave me a finish date. However, communication would have been nice between the initial estimate and when the work began. I ended up calling to follow up, which then prompted a call the Kia to see when the parts might be coming in. I was then told the parts would be in by the following Monday and was never followed up and believe the car didn’t go in at all that week. My estimated date of completion stayed the same until the day It was supposed to be done and then I received a text saying they had pushed it back three days. I did appreciate that a phone call was made at that point to let me know why it was pushed back. I understand that there are a lot of moving parts and that sometimes the timeline cannot be controlled. However, I believe with better communication I would’ve felt in the loop and knowing timelines and what was going on.

I felt that there was a big lack of communication during the repair. I had to call and follow up myself to find out if parts could come in, and was told I’d be called back at certain times and wasn’t. I feel like I did get text messages throughout the repair, but basically it just told me the repair was started in my pick up date. Then the actual date of my Pick Up it then moved three days away. I did receive a call on the day. It was supposed to be done telling me they needed to move the date because of a part. I just didn’t feel the communication piece. Was there during the repair?
