Dennis Simmons, they did an outstanding job on repairing my Honda Ridgeline. They washed the exterior and cleaned the floor mats. I would highly recommend ACS! I will use them again if need be.

My insurance is refusing to repair part of the damage that was caused by this wreck. They claim Auto Collision sent them photos of a wreck from last year showing damage at the rear driver side by the trunk/bumper meets side panel area. This vehicle has not had any damage on the driver side since 2014. So someone is majorly misinformed with Auto Collision or insurance company. I sent them a letter saying if repairs are not completed I will be consulting my boss about the possibility of suing for breach of contract. I also noticed in the last few days that the trunk is not shutting properly each time I use it. Sometimes I have to pull it down 2-3 times to ensure it closes fully. And I also found recently from a repair that was done last year that the passenger front door is not shutting properly, and the door crack is not aligned, and you can hear a creaking noise/metal on metal when opening the door. And the small bottom piece underneath that area is very loose as well. I don't know if anything can be done about those repairs from last year, but I am not happy about this current repair, or the previous one from last year. I will likely be finding someone else to go to for future repairs as well as insurance.
