Customer service is top-notch literally 10 out of 10 for customer service and communication!! I gave them a nine for overall car repair but I will say I am a perfectionist and I mean OCD, ADD bad!!! so well to the naked normal eye my vehicle looks perfect to somebody like me. I have three imperfections, but no body else would ever notice them aside from myself. I researched five other body shops before going with auto crafters and God forbid something ever happened to my vehicle again I would absolutely 100% use them again. Also, it was super convenient to have a rental car branch on site and made it seamless and painless to drop off and pick up my car and the rental.

The truck looks great! The repair took a while but that was due to my insurance and I completely understand. I'm very pleased with my experience. Gibson was pleasant to work with, and always answered my questions entirely. Overall I'm very happy:)
