Timely and professional throughout the entire process…Once repaired parts were received it was completed and car was returned to me in less than 24 hours…When was the last time this happened in any Soto body shop? Highly recommend Auto Dr for anyone that needs an auto body shop!!!

It was ok. Not the best customer service experience. I had to call the shop several times to check on my vehicle. It was told one week, as we got closer to that week, I called and they said he had to order a part. It would be there in a few days. The 2nd week no call and the part was not in yet, coming from Florida. Soon after the hurricane. End of my 2nd week, I called part came in & will paint Friday. I called Monday 3rd week and they were painting that day. Customer service could be better.
