Service was excellent. I especially appreciated that Auto ER was able to accommodate my inability to drive following surgery, by coming to my home to complete the repair estimate, and again to pick up the vehicle for repairs. Repair work was very well done.

Bobby & Jesse were great when I first came into the shop. All of the staff greeted me and was very welcoming. when I dropped my car off to Bobby. He assured me that my car was in good hands and I trusted him. I’ve been getting emails regarding my car progress, which I greatly appreciate and when my car was finished, Jesse gave me a call to let me know everything that was going on. I appreciated that as well not only did they fix my car. They also cleaned it out & washed it and everything, they detailed my car which I’m truly grateful for. overall a 10 out of 10 experience I would recommend to everyone that I Know so again a big thank you to Bobby and Jesse for their amazing customer service and compassion for me in my vehicle.

Did very well with the work. The part that we were not happy is that we were told that if the repair cost was going to be higher then estimated value they would not repair the car but it didn’t happen. We found out that the estimate car value was much less then the repair cost and thus repairs did not make sense.
