Auto ER did an excellent job repairing our vehicle after we were hit by another car. Bobby and Jesse kept us informed during the entire process and promptly returned our calls. We would absolutely recommend Auto ER, and would absolutely use them again (but we hope we won't need to!).

Inside back seat dirt all over . That was not in when taken in.Was told it would be a week . Nearly 2 weeks. Body work was good . Thanks for catching the exhaust. .It the small things you may need to work on to make a better experience..

I got an email when I first dropped off that said I would get updates throughout the process but I never got any more emails. I called the shop many times over the two weeks for updates and they did call back, but I later learned they kept calling the number nationwide had on file — not the number I had given them & kept leaving with them when I called — so I was not getting any of those messages and I had to keep calling back.
