I’ve owned two vehicles in the past that were hit by another vehicle and had poor body work, so I was skeptical at first but am pleasantly surprised of the final outcome.

I'm sorry for the delay of this survey it seems every business wants me to complete a survey nowadays, for example, Auto Krafters, Allstate Insurance, Enterprise, etc, etc, etc...I did find the reaction interesting at Auto Krafters as to why is this guy bringing in his Buick for repair at a body shop that specializes in the repair of foreign luxury sports cars? Once I explained the background of my Buick that it is technically a foreign luxury sports car manufactured by a German automobile company, Opel, founded in 1862; 163 years ago! They realized my selecting their shop. I mentioned to Tim Horton and Justin Powell when I saw all of the exotic, expensive, foreign spots cars on their website and in person upon a tour of their shop that if so many owners are willing to entrust their exotic, expensive, foreign sports cars to Auto Krafters for auto body repair, then I brought my car to the right shop. Auto Krafters gave me an estimated time of completion of two to three weeks, however, the work was completed in one weeks time. In addition, I was impressed at how well they were able to match up the new paint with the original paint being nine years old. The body work turned out really well and other than a trunk center mounted brake light part which is no longer available and had to be reused, it is hard to determine any damage had occurred at all.Overall, I am pleased with the quality of work done, professionalism, and their coordination with Enterprise for my car rental. In other words, things went very smoothly. I would recommend Auto Krafters Auto Body Collision Center to anybody that has a foreign, luxury sports car in need of repair. Thank you Auto Krafters! Auto Krafters made a bad experience as pleasant as as seamless as possible. Their whole team was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They kept me apprised at all times with.the process. My insurance company, Allstate, was just as good of an experience as well. Even the car rental, enterprise, was helpful and courteous as well. I am very thankful that I found such good people to work with.
