After picking up my keys and I informed them that I will be picking it up after hours. The shop requested for me to leave unlocked for minor adjustments and they would lock the doors. Luckily, I stopped by to double check to see if it was locked because the car was left unlocked and wasn’t locked like I was promised.

Improvements to be made on close out. Besides taking the payment and handing the keys over, maybe go the extra mile and walk with the customer to show the finished work.

I have taken pictures of damaged trim that was not replaced on passenger side front. Interior had some minor damage from body shop repair. Removed old trim left in the car. Can tell where workers were standing with door open and left shoe tread marks on my seats.
