Ron Brooks was fantastic! The workmanship on my deer strike repair was substandard. The guys fixed my called out issues. There was a lot of problems for it being called complete. The repairs took an extra day and a later afternoon return visit to GB Autopride for repairs. The issues: wrong (inside color) replacement headlight, poor front bumper cover to fender fit (misaligned), poor fender trim (gap) fit, loose RH foglight, missing screws & clips on RH foglight underside. My headlight and foglight (repaired area) still need to be properly aimed, which I will take care of. There is now a minor rattle in the front RH (repaired) area when traveling @ 75 MPH highway speed.

Stuart Snow was not only incapable of communicating but after reviewing his emails with the collision shop he blatantly turned an eye at damages to my vehicle that were cause by the accident. I am switching companies due to this individual.

All the work that was done was great. I would have liked a phone update every now and then as it could have speas uo my time to get my car back. All that needed to be fixed was except 2 things and well I guess that's just how it goes. I would Definitely recommend you to everyone I know in the end.

From the time that I arrived to Auto Pride Collision to the time I left, they were nothing but nice. I had brought my car in having never experienced and accident and they walked me through the whole process of having my car fixed. I really enjoyed the automatic updates to my email every step of the way. From when it was in the process of being looked at , when it was being worked on, to when it was nearing completion they were keeping me up to date every single step of the way. I would recommend this business to anyone in the local area with car troubles!
