The actual repair was good. The service and communication was a 1.

I was lied to on multiple occasions. The manager, Vince, just kept using "used car salesman" type of lines to deflect their errors and laziness. He tried throwing the insurance appraiser/adjuster under the bus as to why it was taking so long for the car to be fixed.

Collision pride was very easy to work with. The job was done to satisfactory level and they called with questions or suggestions on repairs. They also washed outside and detailed the inside of my vehicle which I believe was over and beyond expectations.
