When I relieved the vehicle back. I noticed some scratches on the front of the vehicle of parts supposed to be replaced and it appears a part was not put all the way on and is loose. Due to long work hours I havent been able to set up an appointment to have it looked at or fixed

Same as the previous question. Why would a part be put on with blemishes or scratches.
