The overall claim experience with Wilson Ford Lincoln I would give an 8. It didn't start out well and it wasn't the fault of the body shop. I was told when I purchased my car that I wouldn't have to bring by car to the dealership that someone would pick up my car - even for general maintenance, so when I had this deer claim and was told I would have to bring the car to the dealership -I was like ok. I understand. But when I asked about a loaner vehicle and was told that they are only provided for service, not the collision shop. I wasn't very happy. I ended up calling the Lincoln Concierge and they made a call to your dealership and then I ended up getting a loaner vehicle. Steven at the collision shop was very professional to work with. After that - all went well.

This is the second time I have come in to have repair work done on my car. Both times I’ve been very happy with the results and the car was done sooner then they had predicted it would take to fix the car. The people are very accommodating and willing to answer questions. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for service from this dealer.

Wilson Ford did a great job! I expected a longer wait time but was very happy to be getting my car back in just a couple days. They kept me informed. Very pleasant shop to work with.

This was the third time in the last 5 years that I needed repairs to my vehicle due to minor damage (this time due to a large stone thrown by a large dump truck), and I have been impressed with the fabulous customer service as well as the great job completing the repairs in a timely manner. If I need future bodywork to my vehicle, I will definitely choose Wilson Ford again!
