We appreciated the ladies who work up in the front office. They kept us advised of what was happening to our car. We liked the text updates and phone calls. Our car was done when promised. The car looks great! Your company is very professional and we will bring our business to you again.

The Gerber team did an AMAZING job! My looks better than new! They even clean the inside of the car, I almost thought it was a brand new car! lol On top of that my car was done two weeks earlier than what was expected! Thank you so much Gerber team!

I have taken my cars several times to Gerber Collision for many different types of repairs, some very extensive, and they have always done a very good job. Always thorough and up front, with good communication. They work has been flawless and over never had an issue. Also, my entire car, inside and out, always comes back so clean!!

The work was very well done but I do not understand why the car had to be towed to and from Flint to be repaired. Also, Why is it necessary to keep the car between the time of the estimate and the time when parts arrive?

Would give a 0 but not an option. Vehicle was delivered late, with very short notice. Vehicle bumper is not secured properly, and we were handed a bill with a deductible even though our insurance company had informed Gerber we did it owe the deductible.

We were so pleased with the service we recieved! The communication was impeccable, we never questioned where we were in the process. The work was done well and quickly. Gerber worked with our insurance and made the whole thing less of a hassle for us.
