Tim was AMAZING with his client service and communication. He consistently followed up with me throughout my repair process, came in under budget for my expenses and made sure I was aware of everything before moving forward with any unexpected issues. He was kind, appreciative of my business and genuinely a wonderful person with whom I will hopefully never have to do business again (LOL), but I will return to Auto Pride and ask for Tim if I do have vehicle issues in the future! I had a brief interaction with Quinn as well upon picking up and paying for my vehicle, and had a genuine and friendly conversation with him as well. I work in client service and experience and we know a lot of negative reviews coming from clients originate with the clients themselves, lack of funds for repairs and general crankiness... but if this review can negate any potential negativity expressed by others, let it be so. My car is running beautifully and looks shiny and new. Thank you again for everything!
