The repair shop was an NJM qualified shop. Anyway, couple days after I sent the car in for repair, I could not get an answer on estimated completion date. Upon multiple callings, I was told the project lead had left the shop. Since that time, the shop was in confusion and chaos. I had difficulties getting accurate delivery date and even I was given one, in couple days, I was told the date was changed with no or different excuses.. It took more than a month and many frustrated conversations with Chris, the manager, I have finally gotten my car back. Never go back to the shop again.

I got several estimates for the work on my car and all were in the same range. Unrelated to the body work needed, my tail light had a small crack in the outer plastic. Unfortunately, the taillight for my car came in one piece and the whole taillight would have to be replaced. Corado, who gave me the estimate for the bodywork explained that to me; and, he looked up the price of the taillight on his computer showed it to me. He said they would put in the new taillight and only charge for the part when they were doing the bodywork. The fact that he was honest and didn’t try to inflate my bill for a simple extra task convinced me to choose Auto Pro. They did an EXCELLENT job on the bodywork and even cleaned the inside of my car. I would highly recommend Auto Pro Collision of Iselin. Thanks
