Though unhappy with the finished aesthetics, the shop appeared happy to address my concerns; even offered a solution.

The replacements parts used for the repairs were flimsy. Many obvious gaps were noted along the seams of the replacement bumper. I was told that the parts used were the best that the insurance company would cover. Sadly, the finished repairs did not restore the vehicle to its previous aesthetics.

I would have preferred to wait for Empire rental But seems like Hertz was forced on me Then the guy to me that that the gas tank was full when actually it was almost on E but I brought the car back with the gas tank filled
