This is the 2nd time I have been serviced at Auto Service and Tire. Both times I was given excellent customer service with regular updates as to the status of my car. I am very pleased that they are a preferred shop for my auto insurance company. As an added bonus, they cleaned the inside of my car before I picked it up. Every staff member at the front desk has been very pleasant...as well as the Hertz rental agent.

I was trying to get my bags out of the back of the car in the garage. At the same time another car was driving towards me. I was struggling. An older gentleman who works at the shop was standing back watching me struggle and watching the car approach. I turned and ask can you help me? Just and a young woman who also works at the shop came And said I will help you and she did. This gave me a bad feeling.

My car not only looks amazing but the staff was very patient with me as I anxiously wanted my car done. They took their time to make sure it was in top condition. Plus I lo ed being informed through text and the availability of the staff, especially Beth through this trying process.
