I brought my car here after it was damaged in a hit and run, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they made everything super easy, and the repairs were done in just about 2½ weeks. I loved being able to track the progress and costs through Carwise, and since they partner directly with my insurance (Plymouth Rock), the whole claims process was smooth. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, and professional. AND bonus points: when I picked up my car, it was clean inside and out! I’ve never had a repair shop include a wash and vacuum before, so that was a nice surprise. My old repair shop recently closed, so while the circumstances weren’t ideal, I’m glad I found this place. Happy to support a neighborhood business and grateful for such great service!

Kind polite and patient . They've been in business a long time and they understand how the customer feels when we have to separate from our vehicles . It feels horrible, out of sorts They patiently tell you what they will do and how long it may take. They have never been off point.
