No communication between customer and shop. Was lied to about using a loaner saying there was never none avaiable as i needed one for the weekends for work and when I drove by on friday night, saturday and sunday there was always 3 or 4 sitting there. Yes i did damage one and its being fixed but honesty could go a long way. I lwft messages and they were never returned. I always respected your business but never again.

No communications from shop to customer. I needed a loaner for the weekend and was told you didnt have any which is not true as I drove by there on the weekends and there was always 2 or 3 loaner cars sitting there all weekend. Yes I damaged one but its being fixed. I have messages that went unreturned and my car is in mt. pleasant getting looked at which thats what i was told and it was just sitting in their parking lot not had the hood opened ( This was told to me by Kraphol Ford). I put my trust into your shop not kraphol as i was told you guys could fix it well I was wrong. If i wanted my car to go to kraphol i would have taken it there.
