After getting car resprayed, it came out great and i loved it, took it home and when putting in reversed noticed the screen a little blurry/streaky. I got out and cleaned it with microfiber cloth came back in and it is still the same. I think when the car got buffered, the camera lens got scratched.

If all my issues are addressed

Work done was great but i just realized the tear camera got scratched whilebthe car was being buffered ot worked on. I have picture of hownyou can see streaks top to bottom and its after cleaning it.

Would have appreciated if the body shop could have taken care of a 10 inch scratch on the trunk lid right next to the area where the majority of work was being done. It was not taken care of. Would have been nice to have been pleasantly surprised by it being taken care of without asking especially since the body shop already had the car. They did take care of a scratch on the left door but only because i mentioned it. Otherwise the service was ok

My car took way too long to get fixed and when I got my car back, there was another issue that I did not have prior. My passenger window does not close properly and opens a gap that allows air to come in my car.

Great communication, quality work, so far everything is great. I think caliber did a horrible job my last accident, as the bumper keeps popping out so I asked Usaa for another business they suggested this location and I think the work is better.
