If they had communicated about the cost of repairs and the repairs they were unable to accomplish the entire interaction would have been very satisfied but that’s not the case.

Repairs cost over $5000 more than my insurance quote and no one called me to tell me that before they started working on the vehicle. I also went in with a leaking radiator after the accident and when I picked the vehicle up they only then told me that the insurance didn’t cover it and I would have to have repairs done elsewhere. That was another phone call I should have received and did not. They are very friendly and I had no issues with the initial interaction but I think they definitely need to communicate more. I returned my rental car before I went to pick up the vehicle only to find out the radiator was still leaking and unable to drive.

I highly recommend this auto repair dealership for their repair services. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job repairing my car. They went out of their way to also address some minor superficial issues. Appreciated this extra attention beyond the repairs covered by insurance.
