I was so happy at first dealing with these guys the way car was returned was discouraging

Few imperfections were left! Also when I picked up car I noticed there was a big spot on my passenger seat when I brought car back to show them the owner immediately claimed spot was there and it definitely wasn’t! You could clearly tell it was bondo the owner did use a spray and wiped it removing most not all but most the spot! I do believe had the cleaner not worked they would have hassled me to fix the issue!

The external body damage repair seem to be fine. They found additional damaged of the a/c condenser behind the bumper after the original estimate for the repair was submitted and the body damage repair was started.. They replaced the a/c condenser twice and my a/c still doesn't work because of leaking replacement condenser, even after they stated that its now all set and works. I paid the $500.00 deductable, drove out of their shop and the a/c still doesn't work in which the a/c worked fine before the accident. So the a/c still doesn't work and now have to take money out of my own pocket that liberty should be paying for and pay somebody else who knows what they are doing to fix the issue. The communication between this body shop and myself was terrible from start to pretty much finish. I acthally had to reach out to liberty mutual in mid stream in regards to this whole a/c and body repair issue and the non communication from them to me. I'll never go back to this liberty mutual suggested body shop again in which its really too bad that this is the way it ended.
