Kim was awesome! I never knew such a wonderful lady exists until I met her. She was firm and bold, gave me such wonderful wisdom, and genuinely cared for the safety of my family. Everything with the insurance went smoothly and she helped encourage and support me through the process. Even after I left and dropped off the rental, Auto Tech called me to inform me that I left my iPad in the car. My girls were tearing up the house looking for it and we just settled with it being lost forever. So when they called I was so happy and surprised. You hear horror stories of crooked auto sales and body shop people, BUT Auto Tech are true honest professionals and I absolutely APPRECIATE all the hard work that they do. They completed the work the day before my rental agreement would be exhausted with my insurance company. Talk about GREAT timing. Obviously, I wouldn’t want a situation to have to see them again, but I know for sure I’m telling everyone about them AND would know exactly who to call. You guys are so WONDERFUL and a God send. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Personal contact, and workmanship were great. Only concern was the computerized scheduling system that scheduled the vehicle to be taken to your shop after the vehicle was already repaired and picked up. I understand the system is a new feature for you. Considering the outstanding quality of you service, I am confident the bugs in the system will be corrected.
