They kept in regular communication with me throughout the process. When a delay was anticipated, I was told and was provided with an updated estimated completion date. They provided the reason for the delay - they found something else that needed to be repaired. I appreciated that so much because it was a small nick, but if I discovered it after I picked up my car, it probably wouldn’t be covered under the original claim and insurance probably wouldn’t agree to fix it in a new claim. Lastly, they were able to fix the nick and still deliver my car on the original completion date. Overall great job. I’m satisfied. I hope I won’t have another accident, but if I do, I will bring my car to Auto Tech Services.
