repair work was excellent. Front office needs improvement. Also, it was difficult to get to especially because of construction which is no fault of the establishment.

The repair was well done. However, I was disappointed with the communication of the front office. I left my car for 3 weeks while I was traveling and was kept well informed about the progress of the vehicle. I called the day I returned home 5/5 and was told the vehicle would be ready the next day (needed to be washed) and to wait for a call. I hadn't heard from you so I called around 3pm on 5/6 to see if it was ready and was told they were waiting on another part. Finally picked up the car on 5/7. The repair work was excellent, but I think the front office needs improvement. Also, location I difficult to reach due to all the construction, which will be remedied and not a fault of the business.
