Everyone is very friendly and very informative about what needs to be repaired on your car. They gave us a time as to when our car would be ready and had it finished 10 days ahead of their projected time. I would definitely recommend them and very pleased with the outcome of their work. Kim ( I think that's her name 🤦♀️🤣) has an Awesome Personality. Everyone was very helpful when I brought my car in on an insurance claim due to my open back driver door being hit; causing both my driver side doors to be safely functional. I appreciate being notified via text with a link telling me where they were in the repair process with an estimated completion date. While dropping off my car I also had questions on approx. cost of some cosmetic work I'd like done and without hesitation I was given a quote that was more affordable than 2 other places I had taken it to. Because of the Great Job they did on my vehicle. I will be bringing it back for the cosmetic fixes I'm wanting. I give Auto Tech in Mansfield 5* & will be recommending them to others who might be in need of Auto Repairs.
