This is my second survey but I was very satisfied. Kim helped with checkin and answered questions along the way. Casey and Richard both went out of their way to explain things to me. It was professional and satisfying. It took longer than normal due to part delays. That was not AutoTech fault. They kept me informed with text and calls during the wait. I could not ask for anything more
