Nice personality, actual work, horrible. I had to refuse to pick my car up 3 times because the shabby work on my front bumper. Finally I went and picked it up after showing them that the bumper was not connected and fastened properly. It appeared connected at that time. I am going to assume they glued as they mentioned that would be a possibility, because it came undone again. I am going to report this to the insurance company. This is unacceptable.

I was extremely satisfied with my service from Auto Wreck Experts. I will absolutely recommend them. My only downside is the turnaround time was a little longer than expected but I understand that is part of the process. I worked with Hunter and he was great! He gave me updates and was transparent about the entire process.
