I was highly dissatisfied with my overall repair experience. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the repaired bumper was still loose and flimsy. Had I not brought it to their attention, they would have allowed me to leave with incomplete repairs. Additionally, I requested a replacement skid plate, but the estimator, Hunter, ordered an entirely different part, leaving the original skid plate I wanted replaced still hanging underneath my vehicle. To make matters worse, I was still expected to pay nearly full price for a part I never requested. I had to ask several times just to receive a discount, and when I returned the following day requesting a refund, the manager refused. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, accountability, and customer service was unacceptable. I will never return to this location for repairs.

Nice personality, actual work, horrible. I had to refuse to pick my car up 3 times because the shabby work on my front bumper. Finally I went and picked it up after showing them that the bumper was not connected and fastened properly. It appeared connected at that time. I am going to assume they glued as they mentioned that would be a possibility, because it came undone again. I am going to report this to the insurance company. This is unacceptable.
