Body work was fine. However the techs did not plug in taillights. I did not notice this until late Friday afternoon I found how to access light but did not know how to safely remove the fabric panel without tearing I gave 50 bucks to a mechanic I see at coffee to take a look. He completed the job Saved me another trip to the shop ! I had eye surgery this past Monday and cannot drive this week

I had a brand new car and I was expecting it to look that way when I finally got it back but that was not the case. Car got more scratches on it in places that never had a problem. Paint looks smeared not glossed like it should. The window that was repaired sounds Horrible when letting it up and down. My seats are dusty and I'm still finding pieces of glass inside of the car. My sunroof panel is not tightened up properly and my drivers side seat belt is missing a plastic covering (my drivers side shouldn't have even been messed with). I now have to take my vehicle to other places to get a second opinion on all the repairs that took place. This by far was the worst experience ever!
