I think they might have cleaned the outside of the vehicle too. I had a minor damage to begin with but I my car looked almost brand new when I got it back.

There w ere a part left off my car. I called them and 2 weeks later they had not called me about the part. When I finally called them they didn't have it still. We'll my son went out and got the part but they were OK with that. They weren't really trying to satisfy me as a customer.
