NEVER I wouldn't be able to live with myself by allowing someone else go through what I did. By the way the MGR told me he was going inside to find me a stem for the tire. It started raining after I waited about 20 minutes and he never came back or bothered to reach back out.

One of the hubcaps that was supposedly be replaced is much darker. The seat belt was not cleaned honestly the carpet was filthy definitely did not come close to the new mats. I am planning on hiring someone to detail my vehicle inside and out. By the way the windows had dried cleaner on them. In regards to the hubcaps State farm alleges I will get a replacement not holding my breath. The staff is friendly but the end results are horrible. No recommendations from me.

My only issue was the long time it took (4 months) to grt my car repaired. But I recognize it was not the fault of Auto Wreck; probably a parts and supply chain issue. Overall, Auto Wreck was very professional and courteous.

They did a lovely job. It just took a month, from my dropping it off to driving it away, for the repair to be done completely.

The interior of my vehicle is inexcusable dusty. My rear driver side door interior Pilar panel is missing. My bumper is not situated correctly and is peeling off slowly. My car is drivable and the steering is good.
