We kept getting mixed msges from the office folks. It also took 5 wks to get problem taken care of. We had to call them. They did not call us.

Overall this was done faster than expected and everyone was friendly. I would highly recommend Autobahn. The only outstanding item that my daughter just told me is one of her hood latches seems to be loose. We are not sure if it could have to do with the tree or now

Everything was great!! They called me and advised me when the car was ready and finished the repairs several days sooner than expected. The car was washed and vacuumed when I picked up my car. Everything was great!!
