The team at BoB‘s collision repair are the best people I have ever dealt with. They also did work on my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder and the work done to it was very top quality. My truck now looks like the day I bought it and I am very appreciative to the people that have Bob‘s. They were very courteous and performed the best quality work I’ve seen in a long time.

Never. We also got a text message that our inspection was done?????? When we asked the office, they stated "that's automated, we have no control over that, have no idea"!!!! We have never had an inspection done there.

Just okay, the insurance work on the back bumper was satisfactory. The front bumper is a mess.

The front bumper is in worse shape than when we brought it in ( you were to assess what could be done and left terrible scuff marks in the finish). You performed unauthorized work on the front headlight area and gave the wrong quote amount which resulted in us paying an extra $100+

Autobody Evolution did an excellent job keeping me up to date and informed with the process. Although the process took longer than expected due to some hiccups and staff change , the crew did their best to move things along and keep me aware. The damage was from a hit and run incident so it was great getting my car back to new!
