Communication could have been much better. A 6 day job turned into a 9 day job but little communication from repair shop we had to keep calling them. Delay caused by a wrong part needing to be reordered, seems like the needed parts should have been ascertained upfront. We have a life and appointments to work around but I think they could have cared less when they got it back to us.
