Very satisfied with the collision and repair work done to my 95 Ford Truck. It almost looks like a brand new truck. I was updated frequently as to the progress on the truck. The staff at Bob’s Collision is very professional and easy to business with. I will highly recommend Bob’s Collision in the future.

Overall they did well I would love to recommend them but after the job is done to pick up your car customer service is different is really not good customers service and no one want to deal with that stress at this points so I will not really recommend it like that for people because of the customer service but mechanics did their job the car was well taken care of

So far everything seems to be going well with the car. They are nice to talk to on the phone. My only complaint is that if there is a delay on getting the car back they should send you a text or call sooner.

An alignment was not completed. The steering wheel is at 10 o'clock not resting straight at 12 o'clock. The wheels and steering wheel also wobble above 40 mph.

The outside cosmetics (paint, etc.) was completed well. The car's steering/alignment was never serviced even though the car's steering wheel is at the 10 o'clock position when the wheels are straight. This was brought to the attention of Jordan twice and was not resolved.

Great service and communication from Jordan. Got my car into the shop quickly and finished repairs on time. Was also super pleased when I picked up to find that they had washed and vacuumed my car. Great experience and quality repair.
