Very good communication from start to finish. No issues between Bobs and my car insurance company. The guys are very professional to work with. Love the text updates! My Toyota Sienna looks brand new!! They were right on schedule, as my van was there for 28 days. They didn’t give me the runaround on anything at all.

It looks great but when I picked up the car I noticed a gap between the bumper and the right headlight. The mechanic who gave me my keys saw it and pressed against it till it "popped" into place. Kind of wish that was noticed before I picked it up. Otherwise, everything looked good.
