Dominique was so nice and accomodated my schedule and came early to help me out. We will definitely come back here and recommend to friends. I would tell the rental car company enterprise the car they gave me was dirty and smelled terrible. Thank you again.

Stop! Don't use this shop! They didn't put clear coat on paint inside of door where repair was made. Over spray and body putty dust in place of clear coat. I wish I'd read the reviews before choosing this shop. Car was dirtier than when it was dropped off. They couldn't even wash it. I guess it's about the money rather than the customer. Rediculous!

You guys did an outstanding job on the rear door and headlight repairs flawless. Yet the day after retrieving, my truck started shaking profusely, and the engine came on. It was not shaking before lending over for repairs. I need some to take a look at asap. Otherwise, customer service flawless, rear damage repai, beautiful.

My car looks amazing!!! But this company is clearly impacted by the labor shortage. The car rental agency was able to drop off the car rental and pick it up at the body shop this was extremely convenient for me. The turn over was fairly good. It would had been nice to have an agent close me out with a walk through in person- but again maybe this company is impacted by the labor shortage. All my personal items i left in the car is still there to my knowledge so far😬👀. The communication between me and the agent at the body was good. The text messages alerts kept me updated as well.

Excellent customer service. Top notch and efficient stop body repair. Dominic was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He kept me informed of what was going on in a timely manner. Staff that answered phones and worked front desk were polite as well. Great service!

Inside door stop wasn’t fully replaced so there are cut marks where the door jam/connector was jammed in during the accident. With lifetime coverage not something we are overly concerned with at this time

Great customer service at front desk and with the mechanics. Car was ready 2 weeks before projected completion date. We wanted 1 thing checked out a few days after pickup and we stopped by and we’re taken care of immediately. Great overall service
