I was not walked to my car to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction .( which it was not )we did not walk around the car to inspect it to ensure everything was ok . I was given my keys and that was the end of it . .

The body work was done beautifully and in a timely mannerHowever the car was a total mess inside with dust in the fabric on the floors on the doors everywhere it doesn’t seem like they put any coverings to protect the inside surfaces I didn’t expect it to look so dirty on the pick up

Camden Body shop did an excellent job matching paint and getting the crushed door and even wheel surface back to original working order and appearance. I did not give 10 rating because The door is not perfectly flush at the back edge where it meets the front edge of the passenger door behind it. I suspect the damage from the hit must have affected the frame. It is very subtle but I love my Subaru so am more attentive to the details.

When at the body shop the staff were very nice and helpful. Only when I called for an update I did not receive call backs right away. But I was expecting repair to take longer because damage so severe.
