We had an 8:00 am appointment, when we arrived, no one was there to service us. We waited, then someone else that had an 8:00 am appointment knocked on the service door. The gentleman working on the cars called someone on the phone. About 15 minutes later, someone came into the office to assist. In addition, I had to call to check on an update on my vehicle. After the initial call, someone was in contact with myself or my husband.
