Once I got my estimate and my appointment was made, they were great. However, it took 5 visits and more than 5 phone calls to get the estimate done. The only way I got it was to go stand n the office and wait while they completed it. The office manager was very nice when I spoke to him but there was never any follow through.

It seemed difficult for Evolution to work with GEICO. Also I had asked that additional work be done which I wanted to pay for personally and that was ignored even though it took months to order the parts for the insurance funded repair. I am a repeat customer also.

Evan is great but seems very busy. I was satisfied with the quality of the insurance claim work but I asked to have some other work done and that was not even addressed. It took months to get the parts, which I understand and was happy to wait but the parts for the other work could have been ordered too and everything done at the same time. My car was there for over two weeks and I know you had to wait to order other parts after you took it apart so think we could have been able to get the other work done or at least discuss it. Maybe all Evolution wants to do are insurance claims? I am a repeat customer.
