The only disadvantage to this shop is the very crowded location in the back of an alley off York Rd., shared with 2 or 3 towing companies and at least one other auto repair shop.

Ben, the Manager at the Towson location, was very professional and explained why there were delays in getting my car repaired. He is very detailed oriented and wanted everything to be perfect before releasing my car back to me.
