I would recommend them seems to be a good job I haven’t had my car back long enough to make sure that everything else is working properly I do feel that they should’ve checked that everything was functioning properly and maybe it was when they initially put the new headlight in but I would probably share my experience and still recommend them. Again Ben was very affable kind seem to be hard-working guy

After I picked it up I had to take it back because the front light was malfunctioning. The light was a lemon and so they’re now redoing it

Very nice good people. Been especially was constantly in communication with me and very efficient. Did everything he could to make things right. And is still following up on my car even though it’s now at the BMW store.

Outside of the car looks good but there is still glass everywhere in the interior. For 1.5 hours dedicated to glass clean up, I would have thought there would have been a better job on the clean up.

I thought Dom did a terrific job coordinating the repairs and working w USAA-he kept me in the loop all throughout the process-I am pleased with the turnaround time as well in light of supply chain delays-parts in scarcity etc

The shop was very courteous when I spoke with them but the communication was skimpy. For example, I was told one week that they were hoping to have my car complete by that Friday and ready for pickup. It was not ready for another week and there was no communication to let me know that it would not be ready at the earlier pickup not estimate of how much longer it would be.
