My only complaint, and it's hardly a complaint, was that I wasn't updated things were running ahead of schedule. I got my rental and then truck was ready the next morning.

They were very nice and we had a nice conversation when I went to pick up my car, it took almost a week but I know getting parts can take time so no issue there. I had zero issues and was satisfied with the results.

We had a very good conversation and the guy at the front desk seemed really seemed to care with what happened to my car and it was a very pleasant and informing conversation. He gave me some tips of things I could do that might deter people from doing this again.
