Very smooth process. Aside from how long it took to get in, everything was easy. And I'm not complaining about the timing because I could still drive my car. If your work is months out, maybe hiring a new person or two would help. :-)

There was white powder dust an pieces all over inside of my car. Seems like they would have cleaned it before returning to me. It was clean when I dropped it off an took me 1 1/2 hours to get most of it.

Body work looks good, but I received my car back with a damaged passenger side front headlight that looks like it was exposed to too much heat. The interior coating is fractured and extremely visible at certain angles. I also received my car back with a burnt out tail light on the passenger side which is the same side as the body work which was completed, and the tail light was not burnt out upon dropping the car off in the first place. There were also rings on my trunk lid from somebody's cup that had been set down on it which is very unprofessional and unattractive looking. I'm still waiting to hear back for resolution regarding my headlight.

I had questions about prior work done and although the peace I was concerned about was not a repainted part, it was claimed that my previous service records could not be found, and I feel like this is just a way for the organization to weasel its way out of its guarantee with State Farm for the quality of the body work completed. Luckily, I'm the kind of person that saves my receipts so I had the appropriate documentation to prevent being screwed over should I actually need to take advantage of the guarantee.
