It took 2 months to get my car in and then it was over by 5 days and that rental i returned the next day it was not for me. Plus the policy about the car being as clean as it was when I picked up to drop off or they charge 200$ is crazy. You have to expect there to be some vacuuming needed and dusting. That’s crazy.

The passenger side door still has a slight hitch when opening. I made sure to tell them when they did pictures and she said it would be noted. They didn’t address it that I am aware of.

The body shop was very abrupt. Defiantly not as friendly as other shops. And the day I came for the loner it took them 10min to realize I was there and another 10 to find the car keys.

They do great work. Took a little bit to get it in but the results are more than worth it. Great shops are busy.

Ram symbol fell off not even right part for grill. Hub cap not replaced that was broke off. Fender flare still has scuff marks. Bottom plastic under bumper not lined up

Warranty service is not good. They have not tried to help us with the issue. They act like it's not their problem.
